All 31 Ships

CONTRABAND has 31 ships across 6 tiers. This page lists them all with their role. Ships tier 1-2 are starter tier. Tier 3-4 are mid-game. Tier 5-6 are endgame, with tier 6 being unique variants.

Tier 1: Starter ships

• Skiff MK1 — Default ship. HP 80, Shield 30, Cargo 20. Balanced but weak.
• Rustbucket — Cheap freighter. HP 100, Cargo 50.
• Scout-A — Fast, fragile. HP 60, Speed bonus.
• Mule — Pure cargo hauler. HP 120, Cargo 80.
• Hopper — Short-range jumper. Fuel efficiency bonus.

Tier 2: Early upgrades

• Frigate MK1 — First proper combat ship. HP 160, Shield 80.
• Gunship Alpha — Glass cannon. High damage, low HP.
• Long-hauler — Range-focused cargo. Cargo 150, Fuel 180.
• Interceptor-7 — Fast combat. High evasion.
• Patrol boat — Balanced Core Worlds issue ship.

Tier 3: Mid-game

• Corsair — Pirate-style. Good damage and hull.
• Trader Prime — Market discount when active ship.
• Warhawk — Scourge-hunter. Bonus vs Scourge.
• Silverline — Weaver-designed. Shield bonus.
• Bulwark — Tank. HP 400.

Tier 4: Advanced

• Nova-class Cruiser — High-tier military.
• Ghost Frigate — Stealth capable.
• Sunfire — Plasma weapons.
• Weaver Swift — Only purchasable with +60 Weaver rep.
• Scourge Claw — Only available with Scourge Mark. Sold by Hooded Buyer.

Tier 5: Heavy / Capital

• Dreadnought-class — Capital weapons.
• Carrier Vessel — Can launch fighters in combat.
• Flagship — +10% reputation with all factions while flown.
• The Vagrant — Only obtainable via the Missing Pilot side quest.
• Titan — Highest HP in the game (1200).

Tier 6: Unique

• The Keystone Vessel — Legendary. Rumored. Heard about from the Old Pilot NPC.
• Vex's Ship — Acquired if you ally with Vex in specific timelines.
• The Fold-Touched — Only spawns in the Silent Fold. Boarding it counts as unique.
• Oracle's Barge — Granted by Fragment of Oracle crew member quest.
• The Last Pilot's Ship — Unlocks after seeing all four endings.
• Ghost Trunk — Appears briefly in the Keystone chamber in Ch4.

Owning a tier-6 ship unlocks "The Unique" legendary achievement. Owning 10 ships total unlocks "Fleet Commander" gold achievement.
