Encounter your alternate-timeline self. The trigger fires automatically when you meet the criteria. There is no menu to claim it — just keep playing toward the condition.

Recommended approach

This achievement is challenging. Most players unlock it on a New Game+ run with the Oracle Crystal equipped, or during a focused replay.

Tips

The most reliable way to unlock late-tier achievements is to make a save backup before pivotal decisions, attempt the achievement, and reload if it goes wrong. CONTRABAND's rewind mechanic also helps — you can roll back specific decisions without losing the run.
